Returns and refunds

Order cancellations and refunds will only be accepted until the end of the preorder period on June 30, 2026. Any requests after this date will not be fulfilled.

The Boughtique will only be responsible for replacing/refunding items if:

• Order was incorrectly shipped due to mod error (address not matching what was provided by buyer).
• Order contained incorrect, missing, or damaged items*.

If any items are damaged or missing, please contact us within one (1) week via email with your order number and photos/video of your order being unboxed.

The Boughtique will not responsible for replacing/refunding items if:

• Order was not received due to buyer error (address incorrectly submitted by buyer, ordering wrong items, etc.).
• *Order was damaged during shipping after leaving shipping mod's hands (if so, contact your postal service).
• Buyer no longer wants items.
